The cost of the US involvement in the war on Iran is continuing to grow by the billions.
That’s according to the latest Congressional Budget Office update.
Since the conflict began six months ago, it has cost the US more than $38bn.
Congress’ nonpartisan bookkeeper also forecasts if the war continues at “low intensity” it could cost two billion dollars per month.
The Office also estimates inflation to increase by half a percent in the first quarter of next year because of the war.
